Spellweaving is a form of utilizing one of the Fly combos while implementing one or multiple Air Projectiles into the combo. If used effectively, you'll never take damage at all.

The Basics

Overview

To get into the basics of spellweaving, you need to be familiar with how the mechanics of the game works. Such as the kickback from the Air Projectiles (bar Alien), Angled projectiles (45° and 60° angles), and the reaction time of the levitation combos. Agility, though not needed, helps out a lot with the overall flow of movement that goes into the spellweaves. For simplicity's sake, the D-pad will not be included in this.

Requirements

  • Level 8 or higher
  • Air Projectile unlocked (requires 9 skill points in magic)

Air Projectile Boost

In order to achieve the Air Projectile Boost, you must time the moment you start your first 360 Y, PS3 Triangle, or Switch X with an Air Projectile. If done right, your character will be flung higher into the air.
