Flotation Devices are a unique kind of platforms seen in the Rapids Ride and Catfish level. They grant the player normal movement speed in water, as well as the ability to do attacks as if on solid land. There are various flotation devices in the level.

Trivia[]
- The fish flotation device looks similar to that of the Pokémon, Magikarp.
- Except for the different coloration, the ship steering wheel is exactly the same as the one that the Gray Knight maneuvering the ship turns.
- The crocodile head raft bears a virtually identical similarity with the Crocodile mount that they may be the same sprite with the exception of the brown spine visible on the rafts back.
- The shark head looks very similar to the sharks that the player is attacked by earlier in the level.
- If the player only jumps upward rather than jump off the device, it will remain underneath the player instead of floating away.
