The Black Morning Star is one of 69 Weapons a player can obtain in Castle Crashers.

The Black Morning Star or the Spiked Mace is dropped by Fire Demons in the Lava World level. It also becomes available when the Fire Demon is unlocked by beating the game with the Orange Knight. It is tied with the Unicorn Horn for the highest magic bonus in the game, however, it has the critical hit ability, giving it the upper edge.
The required level to wield this weapon is Level 20.
